Ratings and reviews

When the app will allow you to login, it's great. Unfortunately the login is down multiple days a week for hours at a time. Would be swell if I could consistently login. Editing this review. I see they are saying the problem is individual to me, but the 2 star rating this app has says otherwise. My wife had the same issue in her iPhone. I have an android. This app is not very good. Another edit on 9/25/24. I have had access to login for about 6 hours in the last 48 hours. Login unavailable again

Mobile deposit is broken for me for over a year. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Once I click the photo button to take a pic of a check, it crashes and resets to homepage. It's getting tedious to go to a co-op credit union for simple things like cashing a check. UI is clunky, especially when moving money between accounts.

Throughout the time I've used the mobile app (probably ever since it's inception), I've loved this app. Minor glitches every once in a while in the early years but otherwise incredibly useful, convenient, and functional. EXCEPT ever since I switched to a pixel phone, I can't deposit checks. It usually won't let me take pictures and the one time I managed to take pictures it didn't upload it and just reverted back to the home screen. Very strange issue that I'm hoping will get fixed soon
