About this app

This app "Workout Timer" is a free app made in Japan that allows you to concentrate on your training by notifying you of the set workout time, rest time, and number of sets by voice.
It's quite troublesome to use a normal timer or count the number of sets in your head lol
So, I tried to make what I wanted!

It's very easy to use!
Set the workout time and rest time as one set and set which set to do!

・For Tabata training, set the workout time to 20 seconds, the rest time to 10 seconds, and the number of sets to 8!

・For HIIT training, use a workout time of 20 seconds, a rest time of 10 seconds, and 8 sets!

All you have to do is press the start button! It will tell you by voice, so you don't need to look at your smartphone!
Please use it for training such as muscle training and stretching!
