I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Very detailed information on all accounts. Just wish the app didn't require a tap on retirement funds and just went back to show the daily account value. Now you have to click out of the retirement amount that brings up the starting page of all funds and scroll down until you reach the final DOW points +/- and DOW closing points. But still this is a Great Phone app!

I love this company but when they built this app its like they want it to crash every other day, it keeps me locked out, I have to call just to log in, I try checking n g difrent tabs in the app just doing my thing and it takes 1-3 minutes to load what a pice of garbage edward jones knows how to find qualified financial advisors but when they find app builders they must pick the bottom of the barrel and leave the app to rage bait us all
