I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Wow, what a downgrade! The old layout provided my account information in a very clear and visible format with the graphical progress over time and the simple line item per account. This update is trying to be too much and really misses the mark. I know my goals, and it's my FA's job to follow them. I don't need to be seeing if I'm on or off track...nor link my accounts here for constant analysis. This really is a disappointing new look for what was already working so well.

There's no easy feedback tool in the app. The ability to paste is disabled on the connect accounts page when entering credentials. I use a password manager and it has a randomized password that would be very difficult to type manually. I copied from within the password manager, but the option to paste is not available in the Edward Jones app.
