Ratings and reviews

Asks for a lot of information that aren't necessarily required for authorizing a payment. Another thing, whatever information you add to your profile you can't delete. I wouldn't recommend it what so ever. Tamara is a great alternative and I've used it myself without any challenges to mention. In addition, I received an email after the review asking to communicate through email, which seems like a style to show like they care but even that is automated. They don't care and I don't care either.

Kinda hit or miss experience with its so called automated approval process. Sometimes they approve a 4k purchase and sometimes they deny a 200 purchase. No missed payments with them or any current pending payments either, so I guess our history with them is irrelevant. But overall tabby has the most variety of stores to shop from (if and when it works) compared to its competing apps. Try TAMARA, most people had better chances there.

I’ve enjoyed using Tabby, but recently hit an unexpected roadblock. Without any notice,a transaction got blocked due to "annual spending limit"-even though I keep paying back in time, along with pro fees. This isn't mentioned anywhere in the app, nor you get notified. I only discovered it when payment failed, leaving me locked out until next month. It could be disastrous in emergencies (it wasn't one thankfully). Tabby, does this even make sense if I keep paying back and have funds available?

We've added a couple of bandaids and massaged some tight knots. The app is now healthier (and happier) than it was.
