I like the idea of the service and it has potential to be good. however, I canceled during my free trial and I was still charged. they said they can't find my account to my email but I have the billing information all laid out for them. it's extremely difficult to get my refund and to cancel. it's better to use the free version and make the post yourself instead of trying to do the advertised ai stuff.

The app glitches and many features are not available, as error messages are common. Additionally, there's go clear way to cancel. You're stuck with auto payments until you begin a chat, and after 2 encounters, you'll receive a reply advising you that Billing has been contacted and you'll be notified of cancellation once it's complete. And they take your money a day earlier than they should.

Do not use this company! They charge you a minimum of 19.00 a week, making you think you have full access and have already paid for the service to use for ads. You then have to purchase more "points" each time you create something. If the ad doesn't look right, or is glitchy and you try and edit it, they will charge you more points to edit and regenerate what you have already paid for. I attempted to contact customer service, and they were not helpful at all. 30.00 spent for nothing.
