Used to be the sole reliable Caixa App: simple conception, but dependable and uncomplicated to use. Not anymore: Pix stopped working reliably (only 2 successful payments out of 10 tentative transfers in different stores!); frequently not operational; secure (https) Caixa site not available; apparently maintained by juveniles. A shame, even if Caixa weren't a State bank with theoretically minimal social responsibilties and the App not supposed to be of use also by computer illiterate customers.

When it launched it worked, but after the lastest updates, I can't make transfer, pay a bill etc. Displayed the message "Service available from ... hours, besides having to wait in line and when my turn arrives, it simply loses the session and go back to the queue. Until now, the app doesn't work and I cannot withdraw the money of my mom!

It's so sad! App is crashing and closing every time I run it. I can't use it so far. Somebody help me pls. I just installed some apps but it keeps freezing , crashing and closing.--- After months I just uninstalled it and run it againg and once again it is still crashing down. Please resolve this!!!
