I don't know why on Earth they changed the app. It worked perfectly great before and was actually better. I have not been able to get it to work ever since they " updated" it. I can no longer order online. I have tried multiple times in two different states and several towns. So now I can never order from there because I don't have the time to go in and order and wait for it. When you call they tell you you have to order on the app but the app doesn't work. so dumb and frustrating.

This app needs work. Compared to other restaurant & take away apps, it is a clunky early version that needs work to make it more comparable to other apps. 1. When entering data, the use cannot scroll down far enough on an Android smartphone to see that data is being entered. 2. The free smoothie offer is not possible to complete from in the app as it wants the user to download the app to continue but the user is in the app already. The user cannot see and complete the desired information.

I have not been able to use the app since it was updated earlier this year. I could input an order all the way to payment and then the carrot/orange processing icons would stay on continual loop. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I can't even log in. I have lost several rewards and I'm so frustrated. One of the main reasons I enjoyed Nekter was the ability to purchase through the app, earn rewards, and pickup my order.
