Do you like Wordle? Now this simple and fun word game is in your pocket. Come back every day for a new challenge, or play your own puzzles as many times as you like.

Wordle rules are very simple: You have to guess the hidden word in 6 tries. To get started, just type any word on the first line. If the letter is guessed correctly and is in the correct place, it will be highlighted in green color, if the letter is in the word, but in the wrong place - in yellow color, and if the letter is not in the word, it will remain grey.

I've only given 4 stars because it's early days, but this is a great game. I really like that I can choose between US English and UK English. It appears to also have other languages for people around the world. Now, I just hope someone will come up with a version of Spelling Bee that accepts standard words, when the NYT version won't, but will accept American slang! Or a version of Connections for a UK audience, so you don't need knowledge of US sports or holidays or TV programmes etc.

I love this app. However, with 170,000 plus words in the English language, it certainly recycles a lot of them quite frequently. Have played almost 8,000 games with word lengths ranging from 5 to 11 letter words. It does quite often have obscure words that I have never heard of and does not include the definition of the word, which is a shame, as that would improve the app greatly. I do love the option where you can change from the US to English UK, as the spellings can be different.

I love this app as an alternative to wordle, when I just can't get enough of one guess per day. It's great however the choice of words could be improved so that it's easier to guess. I'm no native speaker, but I noticed the original Wordle uses words that are common and widely used, so user can guess the word. Hopefully this can be improved. Great game regardless!
