I am not able to download the app. When looking for it on my phone, it is not even found on Google Play. Using the link from Trading 212 website works only on desktop, yet still app is not downloading. I am using Galaxy Note9. I tried different phone and it worked. Not sure what is wrong. This is probably some stupid thing on my side but I just can't put a finger on it. This is more of a question than review....switching the region/country as suggested solved the problem. Thank you.

I like the simplicity of the app. It is definately design and suitable for those who begin with investing. However, I miss some feature. For instance there is only average price not all open positions etc. All positions are in history only, which is not so clear. The best thing is currency exchange. So far I used Revolut and Interactive Brokers. This is even better.

I need to add to my review about the customer support which is absolutely awful! And i don't know why companies use a chat bot. All it does is drive clients away. Very disorganised, messy app. Makes what can be simple overly complex and sends far too many unnecessary notifications. Annoying. Do not use. Note that your response is useless. I've been through all this with you in the support chat (also terrible) and it's clear that the app is very buggy.
