Don't know what happened with their UI, but nothing loads. You click on something, it turns up blank. In reply: Yes, it has been happening for a while and if you select an option it takes forever to load something. Takes multiple tries as well. I will reinstall and see of anything gets better.

Hi. We're sorry to hear that the app is causing frustration. Is this a new issue or has it been ongoing for a while? Would you be able to delete and redownload the app from the Play Store? Doesn't work! I updated TODAY, so this isn't me trying to use an outdated version. It let me log in, sent the text with the code, I typed it in, went to the next screen. Lots of changing shades, nothing of any value displayed, after several minutes "Something went wrong" appeared and the session was over. This was NOT one time. I am stubborn, so I tried a few times. All had the same result. Great update guys, it used to work fine.

No notice or explanation for a returned payment. Set up autopay well in advance of the date and received an email thanking me for my payment on the due date. Logged in to confirm payment was accepted and found account was past due. No notice in any way, really a core function of credit card service. UPDATE: autopay turned itself off one month later, despite a call to customer service and verifying multiple times. Will not be banking with Barclays again regardless of reward offers.
