Ratings and reviews

4/2018 - This new version is terrible and not helpful compared to the previous version. If you are not new to the park, it is not worth the download. 8/2024 - Years later, and I try the app again. Still not that great. I still get the "unexpected error" when I try to look at the park schedule or other pages. Your passes are not saved on the app, it links you to the website where you have to log in to get your pass info. It is best to just take a screenshot of your passes.

Probably the worst designed app I've ever been forced to use. Endless frustrations and links to their website, which then sends you back to the app, which then sends you to the website. Unable to do basic things like update account info or even cancel your account. Hopefully the same guys aren't in charge of their roller coaster designs.

Definitely needs a major overhaul from design to UI. It's not able to link my ticket from the same email. There is no way to link the ticket yourself or search for it by number. It's very lacking. Seems to process very slow. I expect frequent crashes to happen while I'm there, even though they recommend you download said app to streamline things. I'm not seeing an option to look at wait times on the map or on the description pages of the rides themselves. Please get with the times and fix this.
