Can't get into app. every time I login, a pop up message about getting a replacement card, then it closes. I can at least see balance of card before I press "ok" on message, which closes app. half the time clicking the app, even though I've clicked remember, it takes me back to the main page to activate card or log in. What an annoying and waste of time compared to me using PayPal. which I'll be sticking with.

Update 2025: Another issue: I'm unable to redeem my cash back rewards online or via app. I've spoken with 3-4 reps and there is still an issue. I've used this app many years and I've never had a major issue that couldn't be resolved. .. Until recently when I experienced a duplicate transaction that they couldn't cancel minutes after. I spoke with a representative who provided me with the wrong information and told me I could cancel the transaction. It has been more of a headache.

THE WORST!! I made a payment to a company and on the company's end the payment didnt go through. It said card error. I tried to compete the payment twice. Green dot still charged my card even though the payment didnt go through. I called green dot as well as had screen shots of the pending transaction. The transaction was pending for about 12 days then all of a sudden everything was gone. Like the transaction never existed. Green dot didn't help at all and I lost my money. They are scammers
