Ratings and reviews

While the app looks like a modern user experience, I find the actual use day to day too slow and cumbersome. Whenever I open the app, I must formally close it and restart to get to the login menu, otherwise it just sticks forever loading. Sometimes it will also take forever to load, even when I'm on fast wifi. Speed is necessary when trying to do live transactions in the banking app. Just overall frustrated with how poorly this app functions. Digibot is useless, bot is never helpful.

Since February this year after a system update, this app doesn't allow me access due to a Malware notification. I have encountered this before with UOB's banking app where the same issue occurred as accessibility access was given to my security software. The UOB staff promptly resolved the matter. However, when contacted DBS, they refused to entertain to my problem. Notably this app installed on other devices with the same settings didn't have this problem. I am now using Digibank on old devices

After my last feedback, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It was okay for a while, but now when I launch the app, it shows the logo page and freezes there. I cannot log in to transfer payment, which was very embarrassing due to the delayed payment and frustrating. I saw many comments on a similar issue, but surprisingly, DBS is not doing anything to resolve it.
