Best free app for sleep tracking. Reasonably good sleep tracker, including cycles. I wish it would show a line graph of sleep movement and sound, instead of only showing Light Sleep, REM, and Deep Sleep. Trends section is reasonably robust. I wish there was a bar graph that combined duration with bed time and wake time, same as Google Fit and Sleep as Android show. I also wish there was a nap option. That being said, it's still the best free app out there, almost as good as Sleep as Android.

I love this app so much. I've used it literally almost every day for years. its extremely useful. I struggle with extreme morning grogginess, which can lead to oversleeping and being late or missing work, events, appointments all together. this app helps avoid that stress because I'm no longer trying to wake up in the middle of my sleep cycle, which is avoiding as much grogginess as possible. I am also very bad at math so it helps me that I can just quickly check what time to set my alarm. LOVE

pretty great app, the times add up well and I do wake up easier at the times they say (it does have a tendency to mute my other alarms and prioritize its own alarm sound, which isn't enough to wake me up) my biggest complaint with this app is that you can't change the background color. the shade of cyan blue they chose is the exact color used in nature to wake you up. which isn't helpful if I'm trying to figure out when I need to go to sleep tonight and now I'm wide awake cuz I opened the app
