Units work really well set up and connection to the network was fast. My only issue is that I have 2 Polar Wet Feeders and one of them won't update to the most recent version and I can't force update it. The other one is functioning well with the new update. How do I get the one with the old version to recognize that it needs to update. The updated one did it automatically.

I've only had my feeder for a few days, and so far my experience has been pretty good. Connecting my granary feeder to the app was very straightforward. I didn't have any issues there. However, I cannot change certain settings, like recording and saving a new meal call, and I instead get a network error. I've tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but nothing changed.

Great feeder. Took a minute to figure out the proper feeding for two cats. Since it's was a dual feeder, I thought I was calculating per cat, instead 1 cup per day was actually 1/2 cup per cat per day. I love that you can figure out the amount and number of feedings (up to six) that works best for your fur babies. It's been really nice being able to take an overnight trip or maybe a weekend, without having to board my babies. I would highly recommend this product.
