UPDATE Customer service responded pretty quickly, refunded me my time and helped find a solution for the error. Seems like it's something that happens a lot. You have to give special permission to record while the phone is locked. DO NOT RECCOMEND I recorded a meeting that was an hour and 38 minutes long through the app, paid to transcribe it and it only has audio for the first 58 minutes.

This app is a dangerous roach motel. I downloaded to use for one week after an event. I paid for that. But now, I want to cancel the; but there is no such option. I can't Uninstall since it says the subscription will continue. Since about 5 hours ago, Google has been asking me to fix payment. I don't want you to take my money. I just need to end this. But it won't allow and now, I am scared if I load that card, you'll take my money.
