Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

Easy to use but buggy. it was pretty easy to set up the devices. My app is missing the speed test tile. it's nowhere to be seen. also, I cannot rename my three satellite routers. every time I go to do it, I can't get out of that screen. The save and the cancel button do not work. very frustrating. other than that it works just fine.

Netgear, it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't keep this app working. It's has been doing this for months now...Will start to load then goes to a blank screen or a message comes up eventually saying that there is no internet when there absolutely is. It does not work. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and reloaded dozens of times. Horrible app!
