I first used Dwellspring while spending the night in the hospital. There were many benefits to doing so. I only have room to list two. First- The large selection of calming sounds to choose from. Being in the hospital is stressful and I found the perfect one! Second-Sound Quality. I was able to sleep through the obnoxious sounds of the IV machine. I even slept through the alarm that it had stopped working. My volume wasn't even at max. Impressive to say the least.

Amazing. Seriously. I've been able to sleep deeper and faster. I've got an overactive mind and take 3 different sleep meds, but I couldn't sleep right before this. There's lots of premixed sounds, and if you can't quite find what you're looking for, you can create a mix using their sounds. The only con for me is that after the free trial, a monthly or yearly membership is required to listen for more than 5 minutes at a time. I get it, but I wish I had the option to purchase mixes individually.

I've been using his mixes for sleeping since the early days on audible. Absolutely awesome app, beautifully put together. It's fully capable and well developed. I've made at least 6 mixes and not a single bug experienced. 11/10 if you're looking for a background noise app, absolutely cannot be beat.
