Update 25 Aug 21: The app update changed the look and UI, but the amenities booking doesn't work, and that's the only thing I'm using it for. Useless now! The app does what it's supposed to do, but frequently forces to update with massive downloads, starts with a very heavy and unnecessary video and the user interface is outdated and not friendly. It keeps asking for my name but never remembers it. Displays information in an unappealing way. Expect better!

Extremely disappointed with the service and follow-ups from this app. Being the developer run app, expected that the service providers will have immediate solutions, even when they are overcharging for the services. However, it's been almost 3 weeks since I had requested and paid for a bulb change (the ones inside the false ceiling) through "Liwa Sun" service provider, and it is still pending. Also, it is equally hard to talk/ contact the support service both through calls or whatsapp.

Useless app, keeps logging out constantly. It's slow to load any page. My App is up do date, cache is cleared, reinstalled. I'm an OWNER for many years, and it is useless to ask me to send request to activate my access cards when tenants move out!! It should be automatic!!!! Very annoying, especially since we pay such high maintenance charged. How come we don't re-registernfor those. Make ACCESS cards AUTOMATIC FOR OWNERS!!!
