About this app

ONE@Work (formerly Even) partners with leading employers, like Walmart, to provide simple tools that help you take control of your pay — without the hassle.

Through ONE@Work, you can:

-Get paid early* – With Instapay, access your net earnings before payday to help cover the unexpected. No fees** or hidden interest.

-Track your earnings – See your work schedule and track how much you’ll make per shift and per paycheck – no more guesswork.**

-Save automatically – Choose a percentage you want to save and we’ll deduct it from your paycheck automatically.

-Budget easily – When you connect your bank account, ONE@Work helps you calculate what’s okay to spend.

ONE@Work is only available as an employer-provided benefit.

ONE@Work Save is powered by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC or Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC.

*Instapay is currently unavailable for Walmart associates in NY.

** Only available for members whose employers have configured this benefit within the app.

I WAS loving the app. It's easy to use, convenient, and helpful. However, January 25th, right after the last update, it shows my daily pay as $2 LESS than what I was making, and hasn't yet updated to the 2% raise amount, either, so my instapays (that I rely on, unfortunately, to pay bills) are less than they should be. I'll change my rating when this is fixed.

My wife tried to transfer money from her next paycheck directly to her bank account. Instead they tried to issue her a debit card saying she has to wait 7-10 business days to access it. Then, after using the useless customer support option, they repeatedly said they can't move the money back and cancel the card. She never signed up for the card, they automatically sent it after trying a transfer. Don't use this app unless you want a similar experience.

This is a fail when you compare it to the millions of other FREE options. Only allows you to add One bank account and it doesn't actually allow you to pay, it just shows you how much money is in your account and allows you to create a budget and/or Bill planning but not actually pay the bills. If you're looking for a really good free app with tons of different options try Moven, it's a free bank account and debit card that allows you to attach tons of accounts, cards all your bills and of course actually pay them. Bonus : allows you to transfer between accounts and cash out to different bank accounst and it's all free.

Hi Jacob, part of Even's value is early wage access. This feature isn't yet available to people who don't work at a company we're partnered with. We didn't want to prevent people from trying out the app, though. That's why it's also available to the general public for a flat subscription fee. If you have any questions about this, please chat in!
