About this app

Eyes feel tired during night reading on the phone?

Have trouble in sleeping after long time watching phone screen?

That is due to blue light. Blue light from your phone and tablet screen is the visible light spectrum (380-550nm) for circadian regulation. It is proven that reducing blue light can greatly improve sleep.

This team listens! The updates fix problems. This is an everyday necessity for my light sensitivity, migraine management, and protecting my nightowl circadian rhythm. Other popular ones aren't as adaptive. It remembers your setting if you turn it off for a while. No intrusive adds, only when you pull the app open. The only thing I'd like is to be able to have a few different preset options. My regular, tasking, and step out/show something quick without going full glare. Truly love this.

worked for awhile then it makes you go back to permissions, turn off permissions then turn on again in order to make it work. Somewhat irritating but what the heck, it gets it working again. Now you go through the hoops and it opens up but doesn't work at all. Increase intensity to max, nothing, increase dimming to max, nothing. If it doesn't start working by tomorrow I'm uninstalling it and use another app.
