I won't even open this app. Downloaded only to review. Absolute BS that this was removed from an existing Ford app. What you should have done was make it easier to access through the FordPass app instead of jumping through hoops or creating a new useless app. Keep yourself to vehicles, Ford. That's what you're good at.

I agree with a previous review. This new app sucks. keeps closing me out. hard to log on to make a payment and yes I hate the double verification. should have stayed with the old app. much easier to navigate.

It is so much better than being redirected to the website from the fordpass app. Allows biometrics, too. The website sucks because you have to do a verification email every login even if you check remember device.
