Update: This app keeps asking me to finish my setup, which I have done 20+ times. In 6 months. It's very annoying 😒. The location is also off. I also don't like that I can't specify whether I'm in my car or not for the drive easy feature. I don't drive my car very often. The insurance rates and the company so far I can give 5 stars. I just find the app annoying if you use the discount drive easy feature.

The Drive Easy app is generally good, but there's a significant flaw. While you can indicate if you weren't the driver, there's no option for when you're driving and someone else uses your phone, like a spouse or family member. This oversight could unfairly penalize safe drivers. Adding a feature to account for this scenario is essential to ensure fair tracking and ratings. Addressing this issue will improve user experience and accuracy.

DriveEasy is very useless and frustrating.Can't begin to mention the number of issues I've had with this app and how many times I've called customer service but to no avail. Even when you use maps it records as phone handling and reduces your score. I have to finish setting up driveeasy almost everyday. While I was on a vacation and was not using my car, it recorded all my trips as a driver,drastically reducing my score. I had no idea this was going on until I was charged an extra fee!NOT FAIR!!
