Terrible customer service, terrible delivery! In the last few weeks I kept getting missing, wrong or rotten items in my orders. Small stuff: sauces, bread etc. But today a pretty pricey item was missing, another item was incomplete (carton of eggs), and I was charged for a Barilla sauce but got a cheaper one instead. Customer support refused to reimburse me, after years of being a loyal customer on Prime, using the service daily! I cancelled my subscription, I'm done using Glovo! Shame on you!

I used the app almost daily. Most drivers call instead of attempting to deliver and you're left to find them instead of them getting off their bikes or even looking up from their phones. That would have been fine but it's Glovo's policy to penalize the customer if a courier didn't attempt to go to the correct address or read the directions. It's definitely not worth the hassle.

Complete and utter garbage. The buggy app made me think it hadn't processed my payment, then it duplicated the order. When I contacted the customer service chat to ask for a refund, I go through 4 people and they finally tell me that's not possible to go through the refund, even though I had never asked for one before and was a frequent client for years. In my country there isn't even a call center contact them, just e-mail or chat. NOT RECOMMENDED. Gladly there are other options.
