Ratings and reviews

Used to love it, bought it every year for football season and now paying $90 per month. Absolutely great for football fans. I mainly watch 3 things 1) College Gameday (abc) 2) Pat Mcafee (Youtube/Espn) 3) MNF (ESPN). And they couldn't get the deal done with Disney so now we're 2 weeks into a blackout of the only reason I buy each year. I went to request a refund and the tool to let you submit your request is broken. Sadly ill have to find another option. Not gonna deal with this again next year.

This app has a lot of issues. First and foremost they raised their prices to $82.99/month, so why am I still getting ads (on recorded shows/movies); and not even channel ads but YouTube sponsor ship ads?! Second, when you pause in the middle of show/movie and come back to it later, you get a black screen (sometimes audio) and you have to exit and re-enter several times, just to continue watching the content. Also, why are there a lack of extra channels for that price? Dish packages are cheaper.

Garbage company. Not only can I not watch ESPN. The geniuses over there are trying to bribe us with a measly $20 off our next bill. However, it's not even automatic. To claim it you have to go jump through hoops to get it. Save yourself the problems and go with a different service. I get that these things happen, but they obviously don't care about their customers, otherwise this would've taken days not weeks and our $20 would be more and automatically applied. canceled!
