used to really like go2bank, but recently after the last update I can no longer login to the app whatsoever, and sometimes not even in the web page. customer support contact 4 times and every time told to just wait it out. we're no 30+ days and counting and still can't login. "we were unable to log you into your account". most stupidest thing I've ever dealt with, and customer service is absolutely no help and act like they don't even want to talk to u or help at all.

When I first got the account it was good. I found a service that was closer to my needs and moved my paycheck there. Recently I decided to split up my pay and Go2bank was one of the accounts I sent money to. Suddenly, even though the account was finally in the positive and was active, they flagged my account as suspicious and locked it. I checked on it after the lock and found they decided to permanently close the account, only allowing me to withdraw the remaining balance. I do not recommend.

I needed this Prepaid card to pay a bill. after spending 2 hours trying to get the card activated, I got frustrated and waited a couple weeks. then magically it worked. I then wanted to close my account. I used the chat to do so because I didn't see an option on the website. the representative then closed the account before telling me how I can get a refund for the remaining balance. I wanted a paper check but apparently now have to call them and spend MORE time calling them?! BUYER BEWARE
