I had all kinds of problems trying to sign into the app, getting different verification messages and my account under review for over a week. When I finally got a hold of customer service they admitted to me that the app was not actually working and that I would just have to go without it.

S*** app, never responds takes hours to get in, get it started ... they operating hours are usual office hours wich are a problem as I work in the evenings today I am locked outside the car ... can't turn it on so I am blocked at the charger till tomorrow morning... amazing !

They have taken a weeks worth of money after I returned the car. It has been two weeks now. I tried to contact them daily but they keep telling me to wait. They are so quick to take money. But you have to beg for your money back. Worst place to rent a car from.. avoid renting from them
