- Camera: Used to scan QR codes when you add friends and bind device.

App can be used even if you do not grant optional permissions.

I really like the new Zepp app! That said, it's absurd that there's still apparently no way to add or edit my workout data manually. Often my watch will stop tracking workouts at random in the middle of a run or ride, and sometimes I forget to stop the watch when I'm done exercising. There needs to be a way to correct these errors after a workout, or the app is useless for actually tracking exercise patterns. How have you still not included this feature after years of requests?

About every 5 minutes, the app sends a notification to keep it on. It's very annoying. I've turned off notifications, and I still get texts and phone calls on watch, yet sometimes they stop. Of course, with notifications left on, I often don't get texts anyway. It's very annoying. I would not get an amazon watch again.

Update as of 10/24/24 the new update that the app did is absolutely trash sure it looks nice and has some cool functions however it will not sync to my watch and I just have problems everyday with app. Not sure what the deal is there. But before the update everything worked great kept track of everything and now it chooses when it wants to keep track of sleep or log my heart rate. You guys got some good stuff but this app needs work.
