To use the King Soopers app, you'll need a King Soopers digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

I was in the store shopping and trying to navigate the app to get to the digital coupon is a nightmare. Pickup, delivery or ship, but no option for self checkout at the store? The process to shop with the app to get the digital coupon is quite a long and messy process. Just opening up the app, you will see a whole list of options, which is all so confusing. I had to go to the cash register manned by a staff, and they were not quite familiar, but managed to check me out with the discounts.

Update: THE ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW I've ever left for anything, I'm so glad i left this. Truly one of the worst apps: glitches when clicking on coupon boxes; very, very slow searches; failed responses; checking in when picking up groceries, constant failures (i gotta call the store instead); among others numerous problems! Takes a very long long to finally fill my cart. This has been going on for over a year! I didn't expect this from such a huge company. Pathetic is the only word, developers.

Hardly any coupons and so much less user friendly/intuitive than competitor apps. And if you forget your password (eg due to getting a new phone), you'll be locked out forever. To reset your password requires an emailed code that expires in 20 minutes...but every time I requested a code, it took 20 or more minutes for the code to reach my email, at which point it was expired. And who has time to sit and refresh their email for 20 minutes?
