never could even get in to the stupid thing. When I put my information in said my info was already in there and when I put my phone number and email in never sent me anything to reset my password. Also, no way to get ahold of anyone! Completely useless!

It worked ok and was able to connect with a doctor. Then it stopped connecting while in the middle of a consultation. I got charged for the consultation but not able to see the status or my prescription and not able to reach to doctor. Keeps giving an erro "connection can't be established. Please try again". There is no support.

I created an account but haven't been able to connect for doctor names and location..constant error messages..connection cannot be established..very frustrating. My technical son troubleshooted app for permission s etc.no way to send a text without getting another error message..app then locked up Where is helpdesk support?
