Getting logged out even after logged in with user credentials. It's very annoying to logging whenever need to check the data or any call usage. Not stable and the quick login is good bt what's the point if you can't stay logged in. Need to enter the credentials again and again. Except that app, the network and the prices are pretty good enough to continue with the service.

Update Jun-24 It's been more than a year and nothing improved. Website and app both are useless and only working option is payment. I won't be renewing my contract. Posted Mar-23 Next to useless app, can't do much except for renewing or buying new items. There is no option to see billing history, no option to see when exactly your current package expires, when it was renewed etc. Next best app to being useless. Support is slow and requires much patience. Their prices/packages are good.

Do better Mobily! Asking users to login every time without allowing auto login or biometric login. Then sending an OTP to add to the pain. The payment page always fails to process the payments. These issues are there for years now. This means there is zero effort from Mobily to improve customer experience.
