This App is Really Awful!!! In the Beginning The Apps Was Really Great, Giving Me Countless New Features and I Really Loved the Apps Because it was Way Easier to Manage things, but A Few Months Back I Had to Renew My Civil Id and Since Then They Kept Asking me to Renew my Civil Id Details on The App, I Tried to Do it and They Keep asking me to Install the Kuwait Mobile Id (which I Already Have on my Phone) And They Keep sending me to the app Store instead of Sending me to the app, PLEASE FIX IT!

This app offers free credit cards to teenagers which is very helpfull for storing or saving money Hey i noticed that i cant make a card because im only 14 years old but my older sister has one and she is 18 so can you add a feature where i can make a jeel card without a need or someone who is 21? Maybe make it 18 . Hope you respond to my opinion

Hello, I'm a 14 year old that wanted to get the jeel which also requires a guardian or parent to make for the guardian/parent to make it they should also have an account and my issue is that I keep trying to whenever my parent tries to make the account they always fail in the second step which you have to scan you civil id. Even though I had done all steps for ensuring for a proper scan I usually would give alot of errors so i hope the signing in process for the jeel card could be easy for kids
