Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. My pharmacy talked me into it when their system suddenly stopped texting me. It's been terrible. One of my regular, ongoing meds was removed from the app completely... and it was still an ongoing prescription. Another time I placed a refill order and it was never filled. It just disappeared. I asked the pharmacy and there was no order. I stopped using it after that. If I have to call anyway, I may as well call instead of waiting for refills that won't be filled.

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!

A good app until the not stable at times and crashes at times. It would be nice if it worked on Chromebook. Finger print or pin stops working at times and you have to reinstall the app and reset everything back up to get the fingerprint or pin to work again. Messages with the pharmacy can be buggy and sometimes don't receive the messages til after you close the app and reopen it.
