App is easy to use, UI is simple and easy to understand. In terms of pricing, items such as phones, gadgets, appliances and the likes are overpriced compared to their competition and other vendors within the same space. The pricing for items don't just make sense and has an opposite effect on people as they're not attractive, with little market research and comparison, you discover you are paying a 20-40% increase on most items as compared to other vendors and their competition.

Hello, I’m having an issue with the bank/card verification process. I currently use OPay and Moniepoint, and they don’t seem to work with your verification system and not listed. Also, the address or delivery verification may not always be applicable for me because I sometimes send orders to family or friends who do not use your app or trade with your company. Delivery communication was well established and delivered on time.

CDcare is a good platform where you can own items that you haven't even paid in full for. i have brought two items and i am enjoying their service because most importantly they sell standard items, not fake. However, it would be nice to change your policy of items delivered at half way of installments. If items can be delivered immediately one makes an initial deposit it would be better,.especially for customers who have never defaulted, so because of this i will give a 4 star.
