Both the app and the vets at Pruyn are pretty fkn awesome. Benefits- Being able to schedule appointments easily/reorder prescriptions. Having all your pet info/appointments, and upcoming appointments available on one app. Easy to use for sure. A few ideas- Add a feature that explains the difference between Care Plans and insurance. Add a section that educates you on pets, illnesses, animals in vehicles during summer, ECT. Add a feature that can compare different insurance plans.

Went through reset password process. After email was verified, no navigation to actually reset the password anywhere - dead end. Reacting to that, app hung on new acct creation after changing email when prompted. Edit: The developer responded by suggesting create a new account which I had tried previously. I tried again and this time noticed that there was content 'below the fold' with no scrollbars. Accessing that content I was able to get the new account verification code in.

Hi Tina, I sincerely apologize for the login trouble. I believe the issue you are facing can be resolved by tapping on the "Create an Account" link on the app's Welcome/Sign-In Screen. Here, you can submit and receive a verification code via email and create a new password during the signup process. Once logged in, your pet's info should appear.

A lot of people are having trouble with the setup. I found that part fairly easy. Truth is, I cheated. I read the messages from the app owners. However, once I got past that and opened the app with sign-on an p'word I found many things had sync'd. That's good, but sone of the info that sync'd needed to be edited. That's where I find the wall. I can't edit the errors without removing everything and starting over. This could be a deal breaker.
