I don't know what y'all did to your app. But ever since you changed up, I literally can not scan a single ticket in win or lose. And I have uninstalled reinstalled, this problem is consistent on multiple devices. Three different phones and a tablet. And yes, they worked fine beforehand. My guess is something was done when y'all stopped the ability to manually input our tickets. But that's online so I don't know how that's messing up the app so badly.

You can't even scan tickets any more without creating an account and logging in. ...and to create an account, you have to enter the information from you drivers license/ID. No chance! WAY too intrusive! Why do you need my personal information??? I'm not trying to redeem it on the app, I'm just trying to verify if it's a winning ticket. I'll just stop playing the loto and uninstall the app.

I originally gave this app and the update 1-star. I couldn't get it to work at all. It always crashed or froze, etc. Then I moved it from my memory card to my phone's internal storage. Now it works amazing! That may be where sooo many people are having problems. THIS APP SHOULD BE PUT ON YOUR DEVICE'S INTERNAL STORAGE! Hopefully, this helps... Update 10/7/2018: The app has an enormous amount of problems/glitches. A lot of the time (60%-70%) it won't/can't connect to the servers. I called in to address it and they said that it was just my phone and to try deleting the app and re-downloading it. I have done that multiple times now and still... Very disappointing!
