After the newest updated (2/22/24), the app is automatically opened whenever I unlocked my phone. I did uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, still had the same issue. It is very annoying. Please fix the error asap.

This is a horrible app, so horrible i wouldn't have given it any star if it was an option. It utterly ruined my evening and turned my initial excitement with the many types of massages available into absolute disappointment. I lost track the number of times my massage was disrupted because the bluetooth has been disconnected. My phone was on the whole time as I was busy using other apps. It seems like I am not the only one struggling to get this app to work. Going back to the old udream app.

Dear Amanda, when you was busying using other Apps, OSIM app was put in background. Android system may stop OSIM app to save power usage by default. Please go to phone settings -> Apps -> OSIM App -> Battery -> Select "Unrestricted" to allow this app running in background. You can always connect apps.support@osim.com.sg if you need help on App.

Gone backward. Logged me out. Tried to login and kept saying wrong password eventhough I use the same password on old app. Tried reset password, still complain about incorrect passwords. I guess it doesn't like some characters in my password, it is 2023, yet you are still unable to handle special characters in password. I was using the new app. The new app was updated before this issue starts to happen

I believe you are migrated your old uDream App to OSIM Well-Being App, please register before you can use the Well-Being App, this is due to this 2 App is in different server. Please follow the steps register in Well-Being App, if you encounter any problem, do not hesitate to contact us at apps.support@osim.com.sg , we will help to get it run.
