Ratings and reviews

Good app, easy to order from and pay. Issues come when it will let you order items that have been sold out, of order items that are missing ingredients at location. Additionally, it does not give readily available options to substitute for missing items when it DOES know something is unavailable. But, mostly it's a good app that can use some tweaking to be a great app.

08/29/24 - The new customization page in the app is AWFUL! Who decided the "selected items" at the top of the page should be fixed & take up THREE-QUARTERS of the screen? The actual interactive portion is now barely enough to use your finger to scroll, with entirely too small with itty bitty tiny pictures. The previous version was ideal, worked well, and was user friendly. Fire whatever UX person created this.

Runs horribly on lower tier phones. Too many pop ups. Had to use mine to order for my parents because it kept resetting when they got to payment. Password reset function seems bugged. Reset my password. But it doesn't acknowledge login just defaults to same prompt. I restarted the app and suddenly it recognizes me. Who is running your UI and QA? This is ridiculous. It's a freaking ordering app. Stability and simplicity should be your focus.
