Thee worst! beware! I've had almost a month now. 3 seperate times my internet just disconnects on me out of no where. One of those 3 days, believe it or not, was the day of the install. Should've canceled that day. Call support, it rings 10 times, recorded message, rings again, recorded message, and just casually ends the call. Finally get a human on the phone after about 20 attempts, 2 hours pass, and the internet is still not fixed. Clueless! Going back to Xfinity it's well worth the extra $$

the app seems to have a LOT of issues. most of the time when I open the app it wont load anything & just sits there spinning endlessly

This is my first month with Pavlov. The internet is great so far. However, this app leaves a lot to be desired. for starters, I can not view or pay a bill at all. I can not see any charges at all. it also freezes and just spins. this needs to be addressed!
