Customer service on the app isn't helpful. they tell you to email support instead of helping you, so what's the point of having support on the app. the mask itself doesn't work properly. The first night, within a few minutes, it started saying, "You're dreaming, wake up. you're dreaming. wake up. " I wasn't asleep. The app freezes. you have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. The mask just randomly with instructions. giving you cues when you're obviously awake. I think it's a scam.

The mask doesn't work without the app. And the app doesn't work at all unless you register with an email and phone number. What a major disappointment. They already have my address. Now they want my email and phone number. What kind of business are you running here? I just paid $200 for this thing. Why can't I just use it? Totally unnecessary entrapment. I was really looking forward to using this but it is garbage. I hate it.

Extremely slow when getting a response from the mask in settings. Toggling any settings will cause the app to stall and prompt for Wait or Shutdown.
