This app has been going through a lot of updates and although is getting better still needs improvement. Also prices have gone up. It is not fair to make customers pay for your updates. I understand that during this economy and times things are tough but how did we go from paying $17 for 15 minutes to $22 for only 12 minutes? smh. Thank you for your services when you were affordable.

Hi, fair feedback, and thank you for staying with us. Every advisor sets their own rate, from $1 per minute, so there are options for every budget, and you always see the rate before the chat starts. Write to contact@psychicworld.com with your username and I'll look at your account personally. Paul, PsychicWorld

I was a member a couple of years ago, the computer won't let me log in, says invalid credentials. Contacted them four times and they can't straighten it out either. Have $50 in credits that I'll never see again... They told me they don't give refunds. My psychic was rainbow and she even contacted them to help, they won't.

Had an absolutely amazing experience on psychic world! Was able to set my mind at ease very well and it brought a great sense of harmony to chat here. I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone who is stressed in their life to connect with one of their consultants.
