I can control the mode and water temp for the water heater remotely, which is great. However, two large negatives. One, the app was very difficult to connect toe heater and two, most important, the energy usage seems completely incorrect. The calendar is off and the graph changes making me wonder if the readings and the times are even close to being correct. I sepend on the energy usage since my house is completely off grid.

Not a bad app as it works the way it should. I would like to see graphs with a higher resolution of energy usage. This review is for the updated software. The data graphs were better before this update. I liked to look at what i used the prior month year over year. Now the app only gives you the opportunity to see 12 months out from the month you are on instead of starting in January. Not sure of the benefit the update provided. I don't like it.

The latest May 2024 update made the energy usage graphs completely useless. The bars are overlapping and not aligning with the time labels; either the oldest or newest data is missing (can't figure out which is which anymore); the time zone seems to be off by 8(?) hours, and so on... All this used to work for the last 3+ years that I've been using this app with my hybrid water heater until now. Why break it? Rheem should roll back this disaster to the previous working version!
