Ratings and reviews

Doorbell will not connect (it's charged) to ChimePro or directly to Wi-Fi. Chime that came with it and ChimePro both show connected to Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is running fine. This appears to correspond to the recent update. No problems at all before. The Doorbell will say it's connected, but it isn't. Wi-Fi and phone have both been rebooted x2, still nothing.

I pay $10 per month and can only view small snippets that begin After the person has already moved out of the camera view. It's super annoying & not helpful at all. I want to see 10 seconds BEFORE a person is detected and atleast 10 seconds AFTER they're out of view. Also, it's extremely annoying that the snapshot images do not show the person the recording pertains to.

App would be a lot better if notification retrieval worked properly. Every time I get a Movement notification on my phone and I tap it to open the app and retrieve the specific event, the app errors out and I have to close it and try again by actually clicking the app on my home screen. This is especially frustrating when trying to use the answer doorbell feature because it can take me up to 2 minutes to go through this process and the person is no longer at my door.
