Ratings and reviews

The idea of the app is great, but I have had bad luck with finding a walker for our dogs. Three times now I have had the walker cancel a day or two before the scheduled walk. This is frustrating as the payment was already issued. It seems a bit like a scam, but customer service has been responsive in getting the cancellations refunded. Hopefully others have better luck than I did.

While I've found great people to work with on this app. It's awkward and clunky to use. And if you want to repeat with the same sitter, you have a different phone number to text every time so you can't save them in your phone. You also can't tip without a review which is a multi step process. I booked the same sitter 3 times within 10 days and had to review every time to be able to tip her. It's also hard to see where a sitter is compared to where you are on their map.

As a sitter of more than 3 years I really hate the new update. I do not like how all my conversations are in the place. I prefer the old way where everything was in folders... Pending, upcoming, archived, past. It kept it much neater and organized. I feel this way it is cluttered. So frustrated by this. At least give us sitters the option of this new layout. Seriously hate is.
