SENSETAL® is an online platform for promoting quality of life tailored to your company, revolutionizing one of the most traditional practices when it comes to physical activity in the workplace: workplace gymnastics.

Through exclusive biomarkers developed with Virtual Intelligence technology, SENSETAL® allows you to perform exercise series with the same technical criteria as in-person classes. The platform's biomarkers identify the reference points of the human body on the joints, generating automatic and real-time feedback on the execution of movements. All this in a simple and practical way through the cell phone camera, and the user can evaluate their own performance with the application, which also generates a progress report.

The SENSETAL® platform was developed with the focus of encouraging companies to invest in employee health. With an interactive platform, the program offers daily sessions lasting 10 to 15 minutes, prescribed by physiotherapists and according to personal characteristics collected in a simple questionnaire within the application itself. The training programs offered do not require additional equipment or gym facilities.
