Previously I had given the app a negative review because it wasn't letting me load my card and the sliding bar to load a custom amount wasn't working. After talking to multiple customer service reps who did little for me, Bruce reached out to me and was equally confused because I was still on an older version of the app with no updates showing available. I finally ended up uninstalling and reinstalling, which I had tried before and failed, but this time it works.

The app worked smoothly in every aspect except for paying. There is no option to put in credit card information and when I hit "reload card" a grey screen comes up with no further input/instruction. Unfortunately this means I could not place my order and had to give up and go to the website.

Have $30 on this app that I can't use because the app doesn't seem to communicate well with the actual stores. When I place an order in the app it does not always go through. Also the card in the store doesn't always work. Don't load money or place orders through the app until the company gets the kinks worked out.
