GETTING STARTED

If you have existing credentials from our customer website, you can use those same credentials to log into the app. Otherwise, create your user profile by selecting Sign Up once you have completed the download.

Unfortunately, this is the worst financial app I've ever tried to use. A lot of the text is run together. There's a random site map at the bottom of every screen that never goes away that prevents you from seeing/accessing needed buttons and text. It took no less than six attempts to get the security code entered to get signed up. Every time you enter it, it says "code invalid" even though it's the code that was sent. I'm gonna refinance with someone else, so at least I'll have a decent app. Boo

the bill always says 0. I had to pay an extra $40 because the app said I didn't have a balance so I thought I was a month ahead but apparently not. do not count on this app to keep track of your payments. I will not be using this service again once im paid up. also i haven't heard of a pay off quote. in my experience if you pay off the principal your done. the fact that I have to ask for a "quote" is alarming to me. you also can't set up recurring payments and there are no prompts or emails

App is literally just a web browser, there are ads for the app inside the app which is a telltale sign. Never saves payment info (have to manually input my card each month). Currently unable to pay at all due to an error on both web and app, and there's no way to view the status of the loan, change payment amount, and there's no documents associated with my loan viewable. It's just a pit that I toss cash into and maybe one day it'll go away? No way to tell without getting on the phone. Great job
