Overall I've been happy with telehealth! it connects easily and often the quality is great. however sometimes the sound is a bit quiet or off, for example, someone calls me during a session, I hang up, and then the audio is affected and quieter. Other than little moments like that, I find it easy to use and very helpful qnd reliable in various locations (at home, in a car, outside...) for my weekly therapy sessions.

Only reason for 3 stars, older smart phones will be spotty with weather or not they work with this app. My phone doesn't like new apps, as it is too old to receive updates. Some people might notice the difficulty in getting the app to work. I wasn't able to sign in a couple of times. Otherwise, once you can get in it works very well, or at least as expected

Okay over all but needs improvement. Biggest issue was with output speaker control, there wasn't a setting where I could choose what output device. Using the phone speaker where the phone needs to be next to your ear isnt a good option for video calls and only when the other party rejoined it would sometime swich to the "external" speaker on my phone. This is a big issue when using a phone. I don't have a microphone on my pc for a reason and using a phone is common these days so please ad this.
