I’m really disappointed with the Neo app. Every time I try to create an account, it shows the same error message: “Unfortunately, it is not possible to create your account at this moment. Please try again later.” I’ve been trying for several days, but nothing works. The app seriously needs improvement — especially in the registration process. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I added money to my Neo account, then when I started doing an international transfer, I found out that the account is locked, so the transfer cannot be done. I don't know why it was locked. I went to the branch, talked to customer care but couldn't find anything, and my money of around 2300 SAR is stuck. There's no support. The service is very poor. I highly recommend don't use it. If the bank had locked or frozen my account, then why were the funds allowed to be added?

Adding beneficiary is like a hell of task. App frequently crashes. If you are adding the beneficiary information and minimized the app, everything will be vanished and you have to start from zero. If luckily you completed the process, you will receive a call to activate the beneficiary. After attending the call, when will will revert back to the activation page, it's automatically closed and no information is stored/saved. Please fix the bug otherwise it's useless. I'm going to uninstall the app
