Ever since the app updated it's almost unusable. Changing locations is down right painfully slow. Switching between views takes, what is contradictory to the old version, an unusually long time. I've gotten to the point I try to only go to one Sonic because it's so problematic to change locations. I thought the problem would improve over time. It hasn't in the slightest.

App stinks! Had to change my review. In a small town where all you have is sonic we rely on the app to order ahead and send one person from school to pick it up. It used to be convenient and awesome. Now we can't even use it. We have multiple tickets in to customer service, have done all the IT "turn it off and back on" things, and still nothing for 2 months now. When I go to check out it just tried to process and says "error", even with a gift card. Extremely frustrating.

This app used to be great. I could quickly order food on the way to the restaurant and by the time I got there and checked in it would be ready; but the new layout and design are difficult to navigate, and the app runs much slower and crashes more often, and half the time it refuses to recognize the location I'm trying to check in, saying I'm "too far away," despite literally showing a 0.0 mile distance. Please fix it or change it back to the old better design.
